Using our analytics — what we call lenses — and the support of a coach, we help people build richer, fuller and more ‘objective’ pictures of themselves, their stakeholders, and the world around them.

These pictures act like fresh perspectives, helping people step back and see things from new angles. It’s like wiping condensation from a window – suddenly, what was blurred becomes clear.

With this sharper view, people begin to spot what was once hidden: new opportunities to pursue, challenges ready to be tackled, and possibilities waiting to be brought to life.

We offer different lenses to look through.

The Best Possible Leader Lenses

As a reminder, being the best possible leader involves Three Main Ways, which are…

Way One

Regularly stepping back from the busyness of everyday life to identify and seize potential.

Think of it as: Our reflective habit – the pair of glasses that help us see more clearly.

The lens: The Potential Lens.

Way Two

Using and developing our Leadership Core on an ongoing basis.

Think of it as: Our command centre, engine, and fuel – the source of energy and focus for a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Way Three

Striving to be the best we possibly can and want to be in our different roles, relationships, tasks and activities in life.

Think of it as: Our means of execution – where the rubber meets the road. It’s about showing up intentionally and turning purpose into action.

The lens: The Role Lens.

By using the lenses for each of the Three Main Ways, you create a picture of where you are now compared to what’s possible.

The spaces between the two reveal your opportunities for growth. It’s then up to you to decide which areas to focus on and when — because not everything can be addressed at once, and building real strength in each Way takes time.

To make the most sense of your data and visuals, it helps to work with one of our coaches.

They act as a guide, helping you interpret what the pictures reveal – spotting patterns, uncovering insights, and exploring the actions you might want to take next.

PLEASE KNOW: You don’t have to just use our lenses to look at yourself under the Three Main Ways. There are many different third-party lenses – including competency models and frameworks – you could use.

Other lenses

Beyond the Best Possible Leader framework, we offer a range of other lenses that invite people to explore different perspectives.

These lenses help individuals build a fuller picture – not just of themselves, but of their stakeholders and the world they operate in. By seeing the bigger picture, people can better understand connections, uncover opportunities, and lead with greater clarity and purpose.

Through our lenses, we help clients bring their world into focus — revealing a clearer, richer picture of who they are, what they have, and where they can go.

Lenses can help them see…

The full landscape of their lives – uncovering what brings them joy and fulfillment, what may be holding them back, and where new possibilities for greater contentment lie.

Their most valuable assets – the unique blend of knowledge, skills, strengths, qualities, and life experiences that define their personal and professional value.

The depth of their relationships – how well they truly know and connect with the people who matter most: partners, children, family, friends, leaders, and colleagues.

Their understanding of their organisation – seeing clearly the opportunities, risks, enablers, and constraints that shape its present and future.

The horizon of work and life ahead – imagining how emerging trends could reshape what success and fulfillment look like.

The quality of their career journey – reflecting on whether they’re experiencing the best version of their career today.

The path forward – identifying career opportunities that exist now and envisioning the ones that could emerge in the future.

We also work with clients to build pictures of themselves by using third-party psychometrics, leadership competency models, and role-specific competency models.

Adding even more colour and depth to your pictures

Through 360° feedback, we help clients see themselves through the eyes of others – uncovering how they’re perceived, where their strengths shine, and where new growth is possible. These insights provide a balanced, honest view that deepens self-awareness and fuels meaningful development.

Empowering Views

Gaining these different views is profoundly empowering – they open people’s eyes to new possibilities for greater success, wellbeing, and positive impact.
